Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This policy explains how Maya collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Maya website and work management service.
Information we collect
- Account information, including your email address, name, avatar, language, and workspace membership.
- When you choose Google sign-in: your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, name, and profile picture. Maya does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or your Google contacts.
- Content you provide to Maya, such as goals, tasks, files, approvals, comments, and support requests.
- Technical and security data, such as browser type, IP address, device identifiers, cookies, request logs, and service diagnostics.
How we use information
- Create and secure your account, authenticate sign-ins, and return you to your workspaces.
- Provide task coordination, digital worker, approval, file, and collaboration features.
- Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, maintain reliability, and improve the service.
- Respond to support requests and send service-related notices.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum information needed with infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and security providers acting on our instructions, or when required by law. Google provides the identity information used for Google sign-in; Maya uses it only to authenticate and maintain your Maya account.
Storage, retention, and security
We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, backup, and dispute-resolution purposes. We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted secrets, and operational monitoring, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can update supported profile information in Maya and request account deletion from account settings. You may also contact us to request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion where applicable. Disconnecting Google sign-in does not automatically delete your Maya account or workspace content.
International use and children
Maya may process information in countries where our service providers operate. Maya is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date above will change, and we will provide additional notice when required.
