Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of Maya. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and be legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for managing workspace access.

Use of the service

Maya coordinates digital workers, tasks, approvals, and files. You remain responsible for reviewing instructions, outputs, approvals, and actions before relying on or publishing them.

  • Do not use Maya unlawfully, to violate others' rights, to distribute malware, or to bypass security controls.
  • Do not probe, disrupt, overload, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Maya the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and for selecting appropriate digital workers, models, and service providers.

Third-party services

Maya may connect to Google sign-in, AI tools, infrastructure, messaging, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply separately, and Maya is not responsible for third-party availability or outputs.

Beta features and availability

Some Maya features may be beta, change, or become unavailable. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address security and payment issues. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Maya is provided as available without warranties. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and require human review. Maya is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses to the extent such limits are lawful.

Termination and changes

You may stop using Maya and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations. We may update these terms and will provide notice when required; continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent to the Maya team.
